Our Purpose

We are committed to strengthening BIPOC communities through individual and family healing, growth, and sustainment.

A safe space

We offer a safe and comfortable physical space for your in-person sessions. However, safety doesn’t just involve your physical environment. It’s also your state of mind. Our therapists also provide a safe, judgment-free mental and emotional space that encourages you to freely discuss and explore your thoughts, experiences, and personal goals.

Remote options

Can’t make it in-person or need early morning or evening hours? No worries! We have you covered with teletherapy. Teletherapy is a popular option, because it allows you to meet with your therapist online at a time and ANY location that’s safe and convenient for you.
