  • We offer counseling services to adolescents 12 years and up.

  • Yes! This is something you can discuss with your therapist.

  • Yes! We accept EAP benefits through CIGNA and Optum.

  • We will verify our in-network status with your plan, confirm benefits, and if you will have any out of pocket fees. If you have a plan with a deductible, you must pay the full fee allowed by your insurance plan (this varies by insurance company) until your deductible is met. After you meet the deductible, you may have to pay a percentage (coinsurance) of the allowed fee.

    For example, if your insurance company allows a maximum of $92.04 for your sessions, and your coinsurance is 20% after the deductible is met, your payments will be $18.41.
