I am a Licensed Master Social Worker with a deep passion for helping others actualize their goals. I believe everyone deserves a safe space where they feel heard, supported, and valued. I have spent considerable time working within my community, and this has deepened my reverence for the Black experience and serving vulnerable populations. My biggest passion lies with helping young adults navigate challenging relationships and difficult life transitions.

I have over six years of clinical experience in the Social Work field, which includes conducting individual psychotherapy and leading therapeutic groups. I have served children with behavioral challenges, pregnant and parenting teens, adolescents, and adults experiencing eating disorders and body image distress. I use a mix of therapeutic techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and Acceptance Commitment Therapy (ACT).

I have a profound interest in helping people grow into the best version of themselves. I understand how much courage it takes for you to step into your journey of healing, and I am 100% committed to helping you achieve your goals. I do recognize that this may be an unfamiliar step in your story, but I truly believes it will be memorable and life-changing. My favorite quote is from the late Malcolm X who stated, β€œit is only after the deepest darkness that the greatest joy can come.”
