I believe everyone has a purpose and calling to be their best version. Sometimes life hits you hard, but better days are ahead. Trust and believe, and victory is yours. I began my career working with children and families in the Department of Family and Protective Services. After completing 2 ½ years, I decided to pursue a career working with adults and children with psychiatric needs leading personal empowerment and psychoeducation sessions. My expertise includes couples, family relationship issues, stress management, anxiety, depression, and personal growth.

I utilize a multidimensional therapy approach, exploring each individual's biological, psychological, social, and spiritual needs. I am an interactive family-systems therapist. I am passionate about working with couples and strengthening relationships in Black communities. I have specific training for couples work, to include Emotionally Focused Therapy and other attachment-based interventions. My therapeutic approach is to evaluate each person within their environment and provide support and practical feedback to help clients effectively address personal life challenges.

I desire to work alongside others to assist them in healing from trauma and building self-worth. I offer a highly personalized approach tailored to clients to help them build on their strengths and attain the personal growth they are committed to accomplishing.
